Dr. Toni Templeton is a Research Scientist at the University of Houston Education Research Center. Selected as a graduate fellow in the Higher Education Leadership and Policy Studies program in the College of Education at the University of Houston, Toni completed her Ph.D. in 2018. Her research examines school finance with a social justice lens, and she finds elegant statistical modeling particularly appealing.
