Currently director of an educational research center in our College of Education and Human Development. Primary research interests:

• School and district leadership
• Assessment of fidelity of change in reform efforts
• Assessment of professional development for administrators and teachers

Prior background includes being a classroom teacher, principal, and district office administrator.
