I served as the superintendent of the South Washington County School District from July 1, 2012 to September 1, 2020. Before joining the South Washington County Schools, I served as Assistant Superintendent of Leadership, Teaching and Learning, for the Osseo Area School District, Osseo, Minnesota I have also been Director of Schools for the Douglas County School District in Castle Rock, Colorado. In addition, I have served in various roles within the Lewis-Palmer School District in Monument, Colorado, including as the Executive Director of Learning Services, Executive Director of Personnel Services, and Principal of Lewis-Palmer High School.

My academic preparation includes a Ph.D. from the University of Denver, a M.Ed. from Lesley College and a B.S. from Colorado State University.
