Profile: Marilyn L. Grady
Marilyn L. Grady, Ph.D. is a professor of educational administration at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is the founder and coordinator of the Annual Women in Educational Leadership Conference. She edits the Journal of Women in Educational Leadership and Contemporary Issues in Educational Leadership. Her research and writing is focused on leadership and superintendent-board relationships. Leadership Turnover is a consistent theme of her explorations of the work of adminstrators and their paths and succession experiences. She also writes about advising doctoral students and teaching students in the online environment. She received her Ph.D. from The Ohio State University.
