Profile: Jiangang Xia
Dr. Jiangang Xia is an assistant professor of educational administration in the College of Education and Human Sciences at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He received his B.S. of mathematics and M.A. of education both from East China Normal University, and then earned his Ph.D. of Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University. He also worked seven years as a high school math teacher in Guangzhou China, and almost one year as an evaluation specialist at Dallas Independent School District, Texas US. His research interests focus on school leadership theories, policies, and evaluation.
