Dr. Fuller is a professor in the Educational Leadership program in the Education Policy Studies department at Penn State University. He also serves as the Executive Director of the Center for Evaluation and Education Policy Analysis (CEEPA). In addition, he serves as the Associate Director for Policy and Advocacy for UCEA.
