Profile: Michael F. DiPaola
Michael DiPaola is Chancellor Professor in the School of Education at The College of William & Mary. Prior to joining the university faculty, his career in public education spanned three decades. Professor DiPaola served as a teacher, assistant principal, high school principal and school district superintendent.
Professor DiPaola is the author or co-author of articles, book chapters, and technical reports on the roles and responsibilities of school administrators. His publications include the text Improving Instruction: Supervision, Evaluation, and Professional Development (2014). Professor DiPaola’s teaching and research interests include social processes in school organizations, improving instruction, and educational leadership.
