Ron Dickson
Biographical Information

Dr. Ron Dickson is a Clinical Associate Professor of Educational Leadership at Arizona State University. He has 38 years of experience in K-12 education as a teacher, principal, Director of Human Resources, Assistant Superintendent for Academic Services, and Superintendent of Schools, and has served as an External Expert through Capella University, working with doctoral students in educational administration. Dr. Dickson was named All-Arizona Superintendent of the Year for 2009-2010, and has served on the Governor's P-20 Coordinating Council's "Great Teachers, Great Leaders" Task Force, the Superintendent Advisory Council for the Arizona State Superintendent of Public Instruction, and the Education Advisory Council to Rio Salado College. He has also served as a Team Leader for numerous Solutions Teams through the Arizona Department of Education and is a Lead Evaluator for AdvancED, working with schools and districts in Arizona and throughout the country. Dr. Dickson has a Bachelor's degree in Music Education through Central Michigan University, a Master's degree in Educational Administration through Arizona State University, and a Ph.D. in K-12 Educational Leadership through Capella University
