Profile: Ellen H. Reames
Ellen H. Reames, Ed.D., is an Associate Professor at Auburn University, AL. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.S. and M.Ed. in Secondary Social Science. She later finished her Ed.D. from Auburn in 1997. Having completed a 30 year career in K-12 as a teacher and school administrator, Ellen then chose to enter higher education as a tenure track assistant professor. She has taught at Auburn University for 12 years. Ellen has over 30 publications and is the editor of the book series: Dimensions of Leadership and Institutional Success: Exploring Connections and Partnerships. Her research is primarily focused on educational leadership preparation program design and improvement. Ellen has published in journals such as the Journal of Research on Leadership Education (JRLE) and the Journal of School Leadership (JSL).
