Will Rumbaugh is a clinical assistant professor in the Educational Leadership unit at Georgia State University.  Will spent over 30 years in public K-12 education: as high school teacher, assistant principal and principal, language arts supervisor, state assessment specialist, curriculum director, assistant superintendent, area superintendent, and director of school improvement for the state of Georgia.  His current professional interests include organizational development, leadership required for robust continuous improvement, and leadership beliefs and their effects on issues of equity.
