I am the Associate Director of Research and Evaluation in the SWIFT Education Center and an Assistant Research Professor of Life Span Institute at the University of Kansas. In order to fulfill my responsibilities as the Associate Director of Research and Evaluation, I have led research work and actively involved in securing further research funding by designing research and planning summative and formative evaluations. Across multiple projects, my research focuses have been school leadership, instructional & behavioral support systems including social emotional learning within an MTSS framework, and educational equity.
