Profile: Patrick M. Jenlink
Patrick M. Jenlink is Professor of doctoral studies and Coordinator of the Ed.D. Educational Leadership program in the Department of Secondary Education and Educational Leadership and Director of the Educational Research Center at Stephen F. Austin State University. Dr. Jenlink has service as a classroom teacher, K-12 counselor, building principal, and district superintendent in Oklahoma. His university teaching experience includes Northwestern Oklahoma State University, Western Michigan University and assignments in Europe with NATO. Dr. Jenlink's teaching emphasis in doctoral studies at Stephen F. Austin State University include courses in ethics and philosophy of leadership, research methods and design,, and leadership theory and practice. Dr. Jenlink's research interests include politics of identiy, democratic educaiton and leadership, social justice and equity, moral literacy and leadership, and critical theory. He has authored numerous articles, guest edited journals, authored or co-auithored numerous chapters in books, and edited or co-edited several bools. Currenlty Dr. Jenlink serves as editor of Teacher Education & Practice ans co-editor of Scholar-Practitioner Quarterly, both refereed journals.
