Served in various administrative/faculty positions in the academy, in both K-12 and college/university environments. Currently serving as a faculty member in higher education teaching foundations, communications, leadership, seminar and other higher ed courses.  Current research interests include leadership, mentoring, post-tenure blues, and women studies.
