Dr. Elsa Gonzalez is Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction since September 2014; previously she was a Visiting Assistant Professor and Senior Research Associate in the department of EAHR in Texas A&M University and worked in the College of Education and Human Development since 1998. Her research interests include higher education leadership, methodological issues in cross-language qualitative data analysis, women in higher education, and access and retention of underrepresented women.
