Dr. Starla Pearson led public schools at the building and district level and served as an adjunct professor in both teacher and leader preparation programs before joining the Morgridge College of Education at the University Denver as Clinical Assistant Professor in July 2022. Her areas of interst include studying teacher professional development that leads to students learning, the impact of school accountability on student outcomes, and leadership development.
