Michelle Young is a Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy and Dean of the School of Education at Loyola Marymount University. Young's scholarship, which has been recognized by several international awards, focuses on how school leaders, education policies, leadership development can support equitable and quality experiences for all students and adults who learn and work in schools.
