Profile: Chinasa Ada Elue
Chinasa Elue is an associate professor of Educational Leadership and Higher Education at Kennesaw State University. She received her doctorate in educational leadership from Clemson University. Her research agenda focuses on issues of educational access and equity for underserved student populations across the P-20 continuum. Specifically her research agenda focuses on (a) the college choice decisions of marginalized student populations and the different factors that impact their college choices; (b) issues of educational access for immigrant student populations; and (c) how law and policy, research, and practice connect to explore issues that impact the educational opportunities for marginalized populations. Dr. Elue recently received grant funding from the National Academic Advising Association to explore academic advising practices offered at two-year colleges offering baccalaureate degrees.
