Dr. Joel Leader is a clinical assistant professor of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies and co-coordinator of the accelerated online M.Ed. and principal certification programs at the University of Texas at Arlington. He holds degrees from the University of North Texas (Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and M.Ed. in Secondary Education) and the University of Kansas (B.S. in Secondary Education). Dr. Leader has 15 years of experience in the PK-12 setting as a classroom teacher, campus administrator, and in district leadership positions. Before joining the UTA faculty, he served as an adjunct professor in the Department of Teacher Education & Administration at UNT.
